Krista started her career in the classroom, then served as an Assistant Principal and later as a Human Resources Director. Along the way she saw what happens when hiring, onboarding and policies are done well, and what it costs when they aren't.

Krista built Human Capital 360 on a simple belief: service comes before profit. Her goal with every client is a relationship of trust, and that trust is what produces lasting results for your people and your organization.
